I Steve Pfeffer

Steve Pfeffer began his working career in the family business fabricating screen doors on the shop floor way back in 1984, when the company first began. He spent time in the field installing the product before moving on to a position in sales. Having the “hands-on” experience coupled with selling directly to the consumer has proven invaluable over the years but especially in the development of new products.

He served as Vice President from 1995 until 2006 when his father Stefan Pfeffer retired. Steve now serves as President of the company and oversees business strategy and new product development.

His passion is to provide the best handcrafted aluminum screen doors to the consumer and the best customer service in the industry. He is ever grateful to his Staff, Distributors, Suppliers, Dealers and key Vendors for their ongoing support in helping make the success and growth of PCA Products possible.

Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife of 26 years, Adele. They are both active in a Christian ministry and also like to get outdoors, hiking in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of East TN or boating in the waters of SW FL.


I ​Terence Breeden

Terence Breeden joined PCA in 2004 as a part of the Production Team. He mastered every stage of the fabrication process before being promoted to Shop Foreman. In 2008 he was entrusted with the responsibility of managing all inventory and production as well as assisting with PCA customer service and sales.

With a 360 degree view of the PCA manufacturing process, management and customer service, Terence was promoted to Vice President in 2012. He applies his first-hand knowledge of PCA’s workmanship with his love for working with people and supporting the entire PCA Team. He now oversees the day-to-day operations at PCA's Tennessee branch, striving to maintain the quality and superb service customers have become accustomed to over the past 25 years.

Terence enjoys spending time with his wife and children. In his spare time you will find him on the golf course or in the woods hiking in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
