I Steve Pfeffer

Steve Pfeffer began his working career in the family business fabricating screen doors on the shop floor. He spent time in the field installing the product before moving on to a position in sales.  Having the “hands-on” experience coupled with selling directly to the consumer has proven invaluable over the years but especially in the development of new products.

He served as Vice President from 1997 until 2006 when his father Stefan Pfeffer retired. Steve now serves as President of the company and oversees business strategy and new product development.

His passion is to provide the best handcrafted aluminum screen doors to the consumer and is ever grateful to his Staff, Distributors, Suppliers, Dealers and key Vendors for their ongoing support to make that possible.

Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife of 22 years, Adele. They are both active in a Christian ministry and also like to get outdoors in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of East TN.

Terence

I ​Terence Breeden

Terence Breeden joined PCA in 2004 as a part of the Production Team. He mastered every stage of the fabrication process before being promoted to Shop Foreman. In 2008 he was entrusted with the responsibility of managing all inventory and production as well as assisting with PCA customer service and sales.

With a 360 degree view of the PCA manufacturing process, management and customer service, Terence became Vice President in 2012. He applies his first-hand knowledge of PCA’s workmanship with his love for working with people and supporting the PCA Team. He now oversees the day to day operations at PCA striving to maintain the quality and superb service customers have become accustomed to over the past 25 years.

Terence enjoys spending time with his wife and children. In his spare time you will find him on the golf course or in the woods hiking in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

I Don Meiser

Don Meiser joined PCA in 2014 with 42 years previous experience and 2 years serving in the United States Army. "I guess I'm a workaholic," Don says about himself, as he is always finding new projects to make his customers happy.

He focuses on service and support, and often goes out of his way to find creative solutions for challenges brought to his attention.

Don is happily married for "46 years and counting!" He loves to spend time with his wife and daughters, and of course, finding things in his home to fix.

I Lisa McClary

Lisa has been with PCA since XXXX and has held many roles over the years. As Safety Manager, she ensures compliance with OSHA standards and conducts employee safety training. While wearing the employee support hat, Lisa has written and updates our Procedures Manual, creates training videos, and maintains all corporate documents. She also insists on providing administrative support including human resources and legal research.

A lifelong learner, Lisa is always looking for opportunities to expand her horizons and broaden PCA opportunities. "I believe in the product we manufacture and I respect the people I work with," making PCA and Lisa a great fit for each other. She is especially proud of the Procedures Manual and training videos, as it is her goal to provide training that will prevent mistakes and prevent injury.

Lisa particularly enjoys fiber art projects, being outdoors, reading and entertaining. You might find her watching foreign films when she is not being a "back door Grammy" (which really is her favorite activity of all).

I Wendy Wood-DeHaven

Wendy Wood-DeHaven has been a valuable member of the PCA team since 2020. She is our shipping manager. After 15 years in another industry, Wendy said she wanted to work for a company "where you are treated like family" and believes joining PCA is one of the best decisions she has ever made.

Her daily routine includes maintaining relationships with shipping companies so that PCA Screen Doors are transported safely and in a timely manner. Wendy is responsible for all documentation of shipments, as well as resolving any shipping disputes. She has implemented a new record-keeping system for all shipments to increase efficiency.

Wendy spends her free time with her husband and son -- usually in some sort of outdoor activity -- and is learning woodworking.
