If your PCA purchase arrives with defective material or workmanship, let us know. We’ll repair or replace the product at no charge.
The PCA Warranty:
PCA Products, Inc. provides quality products which have been carefully inspected. If inspection shows defective material or workmanship, PCA Products will repair or replace (at our option) the product without charge. Proof of purchase may be required.
This warranty is not transferable and insures only to the benefit of the original consumer purchase.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear. It does not cover any damages caused by carelessness, unsafe handling, alterations, accidents, misuse, or repair attempted or made by personnel other than PCA Products, Inc.
