Please note PCA Products service and support is limited to product manufacturing issues. PCA does not install any of the screen doors or other products we manufacture so any installation related issues will have to be referred to the contractor or individual that installed the product.

- Photos of the issue that can be emailed
- Where purchased: dealer name and location
- Who installed our products; if an installation contractor, name and location
- Address of where our product(s) were installed
- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
